  • Our office hours are 9:30 am – 4:00 pm Monday through Friday.  Our installers work Tuesday through Saturday, they start as early as 5am and can post as late as 11pm.

  • All orders must be in before 3pm for next day service.  This excludes our outer areas Buckeye, Wittman, New River, Cave Creek and some parts of the E. Valley are not always next day services.

  • Please see our boundary map for post pricingFlyer boxes are $9.95 to rent, Frames $12.95, our Windchains our $2.00 all pricing is not including tax.  Tax will be included on all rental and sold items.

  • It is the agents responsibility to check city and HOA regulations, we do not check for you.  If any fine concurs from an HOA or City Dept. because agent has not provided the proper permits or permission the fine will be passed onto our customer.

  • An installer will call you or you will receive an email that your post has been installed or removed.  Keep your email receipts.

  • There is no guarantee of a time that your post will be installed.  This can be a frustrating situation for a homeowner.  We recommend you tell the homeowner it could take up to 3 days for the post to be installed so there is less pressure on you.  In case any errors happen.

  • You agree to go check the post upon installation.  We will guarantee the post for 7 days.  If the post has fallen or is leaning we will fix at NO CHARGE before the 7 days are up.  Az Post Masters cannot and does not control what happens to the post.  There are many circumstances that can arise outside of our control in the elements: homeowner removes post due to house appraisal, poor soil/grass conditions, people pulling at the post, to much weight on the arm; large signs, too many riders can cause stress on the post. 

  • Unless specified when order is placed the installer will make his best judgment as to where to place the post.  If the agent, homeowner or HOA does not approve of where placement within the 7 day time frame is it is a $20.00 + out of area fee to move the post.  If it is after this time frame it is a FULL install charge to move the post.  If we did not put the post in the correct spot as you have indicated then at NO CHARGE we will move the post correctly.  If the post has been pulled out and the hole is has to be redug it is a FULL charge to re-dig the hole.  It is always recommended to mark the ground for post placement.  It is very difficult and time consuming to contact homeowners and knock on doors.  If an appointment is needed there will be an additional charge for our drivers to meet you at the property at a specific time.  Those rates start at $10.00 depending on what area.

  • Land is very difficult to post on without some kind of marker out there to show us we are at the correct area.  You must meet the driver at $10.00 + cost of post OR you MUST mark/flag the land before we can put up a post.  This will help us get it correct the first time around.

  • Directions: This is a very critical item for our installers.  You must provide us with accurate and detailed directions from 2 major cross streets.  If you have given us the wrong information such as wrong house number wrong directions or wrong streets and we post at the wrong house it is a FULL charge.  When we go back and post at the right house that is also a FULL charge.  It is the agent’s responsibility to have checked the property before we go to make sure the house number is visible and you use that on your paper work.  DO NOT rely on tax records we have found there are many incorrect address on tax records.  We need the number that is on the house.

  • If any homeowner/renter of the property makes any aggressive or verbal assaults at any of the installers or refuses the post.  The installer will immediately leave the property and there will be a $15.00 trip charge fee.  If the post has been installed it is a FULL charge

  • As a courtesy to our customers we are able to hold large volume offices and commercial signs at NO CHARGE. We are unable to hold individual agents personalize signs and riders. We are not responsible for any damage, stolen or lost signs.  As a courtesy to our customers we encourage you to leave your signs at the properties and at NO CHARGE we will hang them for you.  There will be a charge to hang riders and agents flyer boxes at $2.00 each.  We are not reasonability for any damages associated with the hanging of your materials.

  • Severe weather conditions, such as heavy rain, may cause difficulty or delay in installing your post.  You will be notified if we cannot put your post up in a timely manner.

  • By your order you have received permission by the homeowner to install a post on there front or backyard. 

  • You have one free removalPlease inform ALL homeowners/renters NOT to remove the posts.  A trip charge of $15.00 will be charged if we go back a 2nd time to get the post if they have made it inaccessible to us the first time. If they remove the post and any items are damaged this will incur charges.  Our drivers have 3 business days to remove a post from a property.

  • The post is to remain at the property it has been rented too.  If an agent removes the post and takes it to another location a trip charge of $15.00 to pick up the post will be charged.

  • We recommend you blue stake the property for underground utilities.  Go to www.bluestakeaz.com.  If you choose not to use this service we are NOT responsible for any utility damage such as cable, gas, phone or electrical lines. Any repair bill that is given to us will be forwarded to you our customer.

  • Post Masters will fix irrigations lines that have been damaged by the post at NO CHARGE.  We have 48 hours to go to the property and fix the lines.  Az Post Masters will NOT reimburse any homeowner or agents who choose to fix it before we get there.  We are not responsible for any damages from a broken irrigation line such as loss of plants. 

  • Agent/Broker understands that all items from Az Post Masters: Posts, Flyer Boxes, Frames, Windchains are all rented items.  All items must be returned to us within 30 days.  You will be automatically charged for ALL missing items.  If they are found after 30 days those items become your’s.  Missing Post $30.00.  Missing Flyer Box $10.00 Missing Frame $35.00. 

  • Errors: Our installers work very hard they install in the cold temperatures and install when it has reached 120 degrees out.  We understand frustration on errors we have made such as wrong sign, post not installed correctly and other possible human errors.  We will correct these the next day.  We must demand that respect/professionalism is maintained at all times. 

  • Online Ordering: This is a very unique feature that we offer to our customers at no extra charge.  This is a recommended service because you can access your account 24/7
    and see all the posts you have up with us at all times.  No personal information is uploaded to the website.  It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor all posts up at all times.  It is the customer’s responsibility to call down all posts.  It is not Az Post Masters responsibility to monitor your account it is the customers.  If any posts are NOT called down and the post and other items are missing you will be charged for each item missing.

  • Faxing: If you choose faxing and you do not receive a confirmation that your post is up or down by email then that means we did not receive your order and you must resend your order.  We cannot address faxes we have not received.  Keep your receipt for all post removals.  This is your proof we have taken down your post.  If you do not receive a receipt by email or do not see your post has been removed from the online, then that means that we have not received your take down order.  If any items are missing they will be charged for.  We can send you at any time a copy of all the posts you have up with us.

  • Billing: We bill on the 1st and 15th of every month.  You can call us at anytime to get an invoice sent to you.  All accounts are billed by credit card unless you are doing a large volume of at least $1000.00 a month.  All large office contracting with us are responsible for their agents post.  If an agent has not called down a post and it is missing the office will be charged for the missing post.  If accounts go unpaid for 30 days post(s) will be removed.  If your credit card declines it is a $1.00 service charge.

  • Renewals: Posts renew at $12.00 every 4 months and are automatically applied to your credit card.  There are no credits on the renewal charges.

  • The terms and pricing can change at any time.  Please call our office or check on our website for any updates.


    All orders are bound to this agreement.
